When do I get my deposit back?
Deposit is returned 24hrs after rental return and all toll fees have been deducted.Are you pet friendly?
No animals are allowed in any Black Vault rentals! Additional fees will be added
Can I smoke in the rental?
No Smoking In Any Black Vault rental. If you do a SMOKING FEE will be added
What happens if I Get a speeding or street law violation?
Any renter caught speeding, driving recklessly, or breaking traffic laws will have their rental immediately terminated and their deposit forfeited, with no refund.
How much do you charge for toll fees?
$5 a day + 2.50 per toll.

Vehicle must be returned with no less than the same battery level provided at the start of rental. Any Tesla Supercharging sessions during the rental period or recharging by BlackVault Rentals will be billed to the renter and deducted from, the security deposit.
